Giorgio Alleva, è professore di Statistica presso Sapienza Università di Roma e ha insegnato anche presso l’Università LUISS “Guido Carli” e la Universidad del Salvador di Buenos Aires. All’Università Sapienza è stato direttore del dipartimento di Metodi e modelli per l’economia, il territorio e la finanza e del Centro inter-ateneo per la tecnologia dell’informazione e della comunicazione nella ricerca e nella didattica. Dal 2014 è Presidente dell’ISTAT.

Giorgio Alleva teaches Statistics at the Sapienza University of Rome and has also taught at the LUISS “Guido Carli” University and the Universidad del Salvador di Buenos Aires. At the Sapienza University he was director of the Department of Methods and Models for Economy, Territory and Finance and of the Inter-University Center for Information and Communication Technology in Research and Teaching. Since 2014 he has been President of ISTAT.
