Vanni Resta, Presidente della Fondazione Manlio Resta, è docente presso l'Università La Sapienza di Roma. Insegna pianificazione dei progetti europei anche in altre università. Ha iniziato la sua attività professionale dopo essersi laureato con lode in economia negli anni '90. Con Kpeople Ltd (Regno Unito) e successivamente con la Kpeople Research Foundation, partecipa alla presentazione e gestione di progetti, soprattutto nel campo Horizon, collaborando con numerose istituzioni nazionali e internazionali pubbliche e private. È autore di diversi libri pubblicati dalla casa editrice.
